I have lost 49 pounds in the last 14 weeks and it has not changed the kp at all. I have 2 siblings who have never been overweight and they have worse kp than I do. I think that if there is any correlation at all it would be that stress is a contributing factor to both weight gain and kp outbreaks. There is little or no data support any cause and effect relationship between the two. Perhaps, bg, you should consider that when you look at a pretty, thin person you tend to focus on their positive features and not even notice the kp. How one feels about their appearance is reflected in how they carry themselves and affects how others view them. Next time you are out, make an effort to look at the arms of the thin people you see, I assure you some of them will have kp.
