I completely know what you mean. For unknown reasons to myself my KP starts to really calm down & then before you know it it's back w/ avengeance! It's a crazy skin condition for sure. I do think that stress has alot to do w/ it though & possibly food allergies. At least we know we're not alone. Good luck to you.
