I have seen alot of random people with kp. Not every day but usually I see it on the back of peoples arms. Its everywhere and the statistics are not wrong. You probably have not seen it because when people have kp they usually arent the ones wearing tank tops and shorts(showing it off). Instead of inspecting peoples arms for kp look out for that the next time you see someone wearing 3/4 sleeves or pants on a warm day and just think to yourself that they might be hiding kp like you.
