I actually decided to get mircodermabrasion done to my face (where I have kp) a few months ago. I thought that It would work really well since my skin is usually smoother when I exfoliate. But, I didnt get much result from it. But It was probably because I only had it done once. Best of luck with whatever you decide to do!
