Yeah, I already know about the 'broken hollandaise' - firsthand. One of my dermatologist's told me to use T-Sal shampoo as a body wash with a buf puf -- this shampoo is 3% Salicylic Acid. I've tried it. But that alone just isn't enough for me. I plan to try Ultramide 25 in place of the Carmol and the Keralyt gel. Ultramide is 25% Urea, and comes in a larger quantity. I have a large area to treat - pretty much my entire torso plus upper arms and upper thighs. (Only my face, neck lower arms, lower legs and feet are clear!) Consequently, Carmol 20's measley little 3 oz tube goes pretty darn quick. What steroid do you use and do you need an RX to get it? Are you one of the people using Diprosalic, or something like that? I may try that eventually too.
