I would try some Amlactin, you can get it at any drug store. Since he is a child I think that would be safe. He may grow out of it since he is so young. My daughter has it on her legs and she is only 18 months, we use Dove soap and I think I will begin to use the Amlactin on her as well. Yesterday I noticed it was spreading a little. Good luck!
