I reposted their "recipe" and now it does make more sense to me now. It was confusing trying to find the original post over and over again, and then reading questions and specific answers to one part of the recipe would confuse me. Just make sure that it is a glass container/dish and not plastic when you mix it. I am so sick of my kp too, but I don't want to just "try anything", but it seems to be working and it makes sense to mix them.
