Of course, I'm pretty skinny these days and still have it. I overeat quite a bit though. My money's on overeating sugar/bad fats, although i haven't been very good about eating well (i.e. avoiding sugar/dairy) for quite some time. I've had some much bigger health problems than KP in the past, so as long as what i'm eating isn't making me seriously ill, i usually don't give a crap what else it may be doing. :) i have tried flax too, but i have the same problem as most people: it's really hard to tell if that's what's making a difference. My exboyfriend swore flax helped his eczema, but then he ran out of it once and his skin got even better, so then he thought it was the cow gelatin in the capsules that was doing it. ha! the problem with our bodies is that they're not a nice, tidy clinical trial. it takes days - even weeks - for things to work their way in and out of us, and then there's the problem of our own imagination! and, i've tried a gazillion lotions. it's all a giant crapshoot. ...i don't know how much stock you put in theories like candida, but you may want to try foregoing ALL sugar for a few days (including fruit!) and see what happens. jmh
