I have had KP as long as I can remember. I am now 51 and it has worsened to the point of embarassment. My lower arms look like major rashes when I am in air conditioning or when I am in the sun. The only thing that has decreased the appearance is the tanning bed. I have seen a dermatologist and he does not give me much help. My MD says I have to live with it. HELP!
