I have been using tea tree oil soap and I have seen improvement. I haven't used just tea tree oil by itself though. I just bought some cream called biolanyn, and it also contains tea tree oil. The only other soap I have thought about using is sulfur soap with salicylic acid in it. But for now, I love the tea tree oil.
