hey question about carmol 20 and salyclic acid

Just another question about the carmol 20 and the salycylic acid. WHen you go to the chemist do you have to tell them exactly what percentage of the salycic acid and water to use, or do they know? Haha its a pretty stupid question but i want to get this right. And if i did have to tell the pharmacists the percentages and stuff should i just bring in that explanation of how to mix it by JC in?Thanx for answering this stupid question :)
