Hey there, I have KPRF too, since I was a child, and KP on my body. The derm said it was just flushing, perhaps rosacea, and there was nothing I could do about it except try an expensive laser treatment (which had absolutely no effect). I KNOW it is not rosacea. What I have been doing is using prescription Differin which seems to calm the bumps (it's an acne medication which acts as an exfoliant..related to Retin-A), taking cooler showers, keeping my stress as low as possible, eating well, wearing sunscreen daily, as well as a layer of foundation, and using 2% salicylic acid. Following these daily steps I have noticed a marked difference in the redness and the bumps on my face as well as my body. But I know I have to keep this regimen for the rest of my life if I am going to keep up the improvement, and I know that this will not clear it up completely. But, it certainly makes a difference. Good luck, everyone.
