I have a slight case of KP on my upper arms that a day in the sun can usually take care of, but in the winter it gets out of hand. It's most embarassing when i know I am going to be physically close with someone... anyway i got this done at a spa once, but do it at home because it's eighty dollars cheaper. It's a great quick fix: on my dry skin i mix sea salt with baby oil and rub it on until i get bored. then rinse it off with a little bit of soap. i try to do it for ten minutes on each arm because that's what they did at the spa. if i spend this much time my arms just about feel like normal skin and usually lasts for three or four days. the only problem is that they still look red. I can cure the bumps. but how can i cure the red?
