I noticed during both my pregnancies that my KP (arms and tighs)disappeared TOTALLY only to reappear as before in the following weeks after giving birth. As this has happened twice, I have started to wonder if there is an hormonal link to it (progesterone?). Anyway, as my doctor told me jokingly, I seem to have found a cure!... Ps I am 35 and no sign of improving...and my 3 year old has got it.
