Hey there, I'm in the same boat, fun huh? My skin too is extremely oily plus the fact that I have HUGE pores makes for a chest and nose full of blackheads but only a few pimples here and there. I've never actually taken anything prescriptions wise for it. I just use different body washes and it helps a little but not much. I will always have oily skin so I guess I'll always have acne related problems. I've had the KP my whole life(I'm 31, no children) so I really can't relate to those who suddenly have to deal with it after years of having normal skin. In a way I imagine it must be worse, remembering how it used to look. I use urea and Neo Strata creams plus an anti-inflammatory to help control my KP. It is working quite well so far but I have no idea how long it will do so. I'm just playing by ear here. Anyway, just know that there are tons of people in the same boat as you. Take care.
