For five weeks now I have been trying a new combinatiion therapy that has my kp looking much better. My kp areas are forearms, upper arms, calves and upper back. The bumps are practically non-existent, and only spots that resemble small freckles remain. I'm so happy that something is working! My doctor prescribed a cream compound containing Clobetasol and Cetaphil creams. Along with this, I am going in for phototherapy twice a week in a Narrow band uva/uvb(?) machine. I had very little success with the previous therapy of Carmol 40 and Glytone body wash. I think it was too irritating for my skin, which is sensitive and prone to eczema. So that's the good news! Not all therapies work for all people, so good luck to all in finding the right one.
