an earlier poster had commented that one of the "shave less" lotions has helped her KP...I wanted to second that. I'm not sure which component of the lotion is the active one..but my bumps have dramatically decreased in the week that I have used it. I haven't noticed the red spots being affected so much, but the bumps have defenitly improved (I have a SEVERE case on arms, entire trunk and most of my legs) I use Jergans Naturally smooth Lotion.
