I am right there with you. I am also black and I too have the dark bumps all over - not red ones. In fact I have hair bumps all over my body. They are not raised and gross like the ones on the backs of my arms and legs, but they are darker than the rest of my skin. The only place that is bump free is my face! I feel your pain, as do so many on this board.
