I have KP on the back of my arms and just slightly on my upper thighs. I am trying Glytone (I am on day 2 of the treatment regimen - hope it works). I also had a constant blushing and was plagued by people making comments about my red face (Do you have a sunburn? Are you blushing? Why is you face so red? blah blah blah). My dermatologist informed me that I had Rosacea and prescribed Metrogel. It works. It takes about a month to take effect, and you must apply it twice a day after washing your face (morning and night). Even after the symptoms go away you must continue using it or the redness will return. Give it a try or ask you dermatologist his opinion.
