Thanks for the info. 10% BP is quite strong. Remember that keeping skin well hydrated is essential for the management of keratosis pilaris. I would alternate between the benzoyl peroxide and a moisturizing lotion to prevent over drying. Did you see any devascularization (redness reduced) with the salicylic acid? Mel
