Dave, I think KPRF is characterised by patchy permanent facial redness as well as a strong flushing and blushing tendency. It seems that the facial vessels are permanently semi-dilated, so any increase in bloodflow causes a major flush. I don't know what the connection is between the KP and the flushing/blushing. Clearly there are plenty of people with KP who don't have this problem. I'm sure that the right type of laser must be able to help, but so far there hasn't been much feedback about that on this board.
