i totally understand your position..i have been the maid of honor 3 times the past 2 summer's..and have KP. First..you have to use a tanning bed..at least once a week until the day(which i know is not good for your skin..but we are talking about a short period of time!)..also, try to find a self tanner that matches your skin tone. Neutrogena works best for me and doesnt clog my skin. It will cover red marks and make the skin "appear" smoother. Last thing,..and i hate to tell you this one because it's $, but it is a miracle spray...it is called skin cap..it is from Spain and it has a high potency Cortisone in it. You cant use it for too long..because it makes your skin thinner..but BELIEVE me..it works...it smooths the skin..takes away the redness..you almost look as though you have perfect skin. But, remeber, of course, it is not good for you for too long. Go to Google and type in skin cap ..or Cheminova International..order the skin cap spray or cream..depending how much of an area you have to cover. Use it for the week before. Let me know how you do!
