I know what you mean. I am somewhat confused as well. The constant blushing and flushing associated with Rubra Faceii may contribute to the development of Rocacea later on. Then you would have both, and be really screwed. My suggestion is to take the common treatments for both. For example Clonodine or similar drug to reduce blood pressure and flushing. Then use an antibiotic to reduce the swelling associated with the constant FB and FF. And when you have the money, go for as many laser treatments as you can afford. From what I've read, it takes longer for someone with KP to lose facial redness than someone with Rosacea. (Up to 20!) I had 6 Photofacial treatments by a Dr. Bitter trained staff, and I didn't see any appreciable results. Good luck.
