In my experience, rosacea has a different flushing pattern than rubra faceii. Rosacea usually involves the nose, cheeks and sometimes the chin and forehead. KPRF is usually the cheeks and ears. Rosacea often includes inflammatory aspects like pustules etc. Sadly for us KP'ers, rosacea appears to be more responsive to lasers at this time.
