Well, I have a hunch about this Miricle whip, I could be off base though. One of the main ingredients in mayonaise is egg yolks ( I'm assuming it would be the same for miracle whip). I read in an Ann Landers column years ago, that egg yolks can be used as a home remedy for acne when applied everyday to the face and left to dry. Egg yolks are a great source of Vitamin A, and vit A has been prescibed by doctors as an acne treatment. So it could be probable that the egg yolk in the miracle whip somehow reduces the lesions of KP. This is as close as I can come to an explanation, and I'm no doctor..just wanted to put my two cents in. sandra
