and....
what did the doctor say about the shaved look on your arms?
i saw a doctor and he said there is nothing that can be done - he did recommend ultra violet light ie sunbathing and sunbeds as a solution though.. |

It sucks that the only thing that seems to help improve the appearance of K.P. is so bad for you! I'd rather have K.P. now than cancer in 10 years!! I'd advise all of you to buy a good self tanner. I bought this new stuff called "Salon Bronze" tanner, it comes with a spray gun. This tan develops so deeply that when I use it, it makes my K.P. soooo unnoticable. And plus its easy to apply, its like at-home Mystic Tan. Its 20 bucks for three cartridges that get inserted into the gun. I use it to tan my arms and chest, and for the rest of my body I use St. Tropez self tanner. Each cartridge lasts about 3-4 applications for my arms and chest. Plus it stays on better through exfoliation than most other self tanners. Its good stuff I highly recommend!! Trust me i've been through all the fake tanners-Fake Bake, Coppertone, Loreal Sublime Bronze, CLinique, St. Tropez.... The Salon Bronze stuff works the best, but its a little pricey. I think the link is
