diet pill that won't give me a heart attack
Hello every one, I am 22 years old and 184 pounds in weight. I want to loose at least 54 pounds. Does anyone know of a diet pill that won't give me a heart attack and actually works? I want to use them. I've been dieting for about 2 weeks and have lost 18 pounds but I really want to loose more and quickly. I'm not expecting it in like a week or anything, but I want to speed up the process a little bit. Any effective suggestions will great appreciate.

if you have lost 18 lbs in 2 weeks you are doing good. no need for diet pills keep doing what ur doing
