I havent had a real girl friend since i was 17.... the good old days, when i didnt have this proplem so bad. now i dont even have any women to talk to..So i guess i can live with this skin condition{with a good quality of life} as long as i have a girlfriend with the same problem, because then ill know that she understands and we can relate to each other. i couldnt image there being a woman that could love me who didnt have to go throw this too. ok so i have Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms and my back and a little bit on my chest. i used to have it on my thies to but thats gone hopefully forever.I live in north easter ohio near youngstown.....my e mail ******** so if any one wonts to talk

Why don't you post on the Men's Issue's Board? Women actually like to "lurk" there and join in from time to time. Also the "Chit Chat" forum might be a good place to meet someone. But don't be disappointed if you don't find someone to cuddle here. I think this might be a new concept for the KP posters. But you never know...

Please oh please don't become the weirdo cat guy! You'll find a girl who loves you and doesn't care about the KP. I haven't had a boyfriend since I was 16, so I know you how feel....but I like to be optimistic that I'll find the right boy for me.

I've had this "wonderful quality of life" since I was about 14 (yay! *rolls eyes*), but oddly when I did have my boyfriend my KP got better because I spent more time thinking about him than fretting over KP.
