But you were able to contact her, weren't you? And you did get her link, didn't you? Private messaging and private email let any of us contact anyone else.

Please try to see the other side: if everyone who wanted to used this forum for commerical purposes were allowed to -- and you haven't been here long enough to see that this has been done frequently -- this forum would be overwhelmed with commercial links and the administrator would have to figure out which are legitimate and which aren't, which are effective products and which aren't, and that would be an impossible task.

So the administrator made a rule, which is posted on this forum (under Announcements) for all to see:

No promoting: Please do not use the forum to market products or advertise websites, that is: NO affiliate links and NO requests to "contact me for samples/consultant ID" messages.

And because the administrator wants to treat everyone here the same without favorites, this rule is applied to everyone. If he made exceptions, there would be a lot of unhappy people. This rule is common on forums. I participate in other forums, and they all have similar rules.

As it is, trying to maintain our forum for us has made some people unhappy with Juan, when they should be grateful to him instead for taking the time to monitor our forum and cleaning it up.

no kebod believe me i am grateful that they started this site and that you guys keep the rift raft out... im just upset that i can not pm my friend and sent them a link to torquoses site...it always gets blocked, in a <private message > so i have to tell my friend to e mail me at my personal Email address so that i can give them this link.....thats how i got the link in the first place torquose had to e mail me at hotmail not with a person message.....torquose has worked so hard to devolope this treatment aswell as her web site, al she wonts to do is help us, and shes being shund like an omish hore on sunday...haha...but seriously shes not selling anything directly....she provides links to an aray of other sites that can provide you with the products.

Well, there is a way to send her link and you firgured out how to do it. If you read her web site, she is selling a product. Why else would she give instructions on how to send money?

No one is shunning Turquoise. Turquoise made her own decision to no longer post. I bet many here would love for her to post again and no one is preventing her from doing so except herself.

I think this all comes down to the fact that if we want to participate in this forum, we abide by this forum's rules.

No i havent figured out how to send her link and aparently no one else has either. i see people tryng all the time. she isnt selling products. what she is doing is offering to ship the same products that you can get from her recommended links[ withouther] shes offering to ship them out to people who cant order them from those sites directly {for whatever reason}. she charges a small fee for that service.......but you could easly skip right past her and order directly.....unless she owns all those web sites she recomended...but i dought it.

She doesn't sell products?? I don't know why you think that. Here is a quote from her web site: "or purchase products from me." The bold type is hers, not mine. I interpret this to mean that she has products for sale. Of course she is buying it somewhere else, instead of making it herself. That is how all business works if your are not the manufacturer. There is no point to continue to split hairs here.
