I've been experimenting with ways to treat my KP and want to pass on this info to you. First, I've found that St. Ives' Apricont Radiance Blemish-Fighting Cream Cleanser with salicylic acid helps a little. I use it three times a week after exercising, and have found that it helps. It doesn't make the KP go completely away, but I do only use it only three times a week. If used daily, it would probably make a bigger difference. I also have discovered that dry shaving my legs will get them soft and smoothe (doesn't work on my arms, though). There is discoloration from the dry shaving, but the KP also left discoloration. I apply lotion afterward, and there's usually a little stinging, but I prefer soft and smoothe. Also, I recently had my hormone patch dosage doubled, and have found that my KP has improved radically. Any changes, and I'll pass them on.
