hello
after talking to my useless doctor about the red bumpyness on my arms, i searched on the net and found out that it wasnt just 'normal' (according to my doctor), and found this great site. so basically just wondering what sort of treatments there are out there (if any)? any suggestions? where do i get them from? are they expensive? is there any simple things i can do to stop k.p?

well, I would go to a doctor who specializes in dermatology and ask for a medicated cream. I use Tretinoin and it seems to work rather well.
