KP treatment question
um........what is the likleyhood of my HMO paying some of the laser hair removal procedure that would clear up the KP on my legs? I don't really care since I'm having it done anyway, but it would be nice to have them pay for some of it.
THANKS! Devon ![]() |

The sad truth is that the vast majority of health insurance companies will not cover even one penny of cosmetic procedures or prescriptions. It's frustrating, because all of these laser treatments and retin-a and stuff like that can be soooooo expensive. I don't know though, maybe you could find a loophole in the system some where!

The only loophole I can think of is how kp may cause low self esteem if not for physical maybe mental health, butrealistically HMO won't cover this.
