I can help with this one I have sooo much going on right now it's enough to distract anyone. My name is Andrea and I'm a 32 year old mother of 5. My 2 oldest are not biologically mine, but who's counting. Our oldest is 16 1/2 and lives with my in-laws in Missouri (long story). The other girls (4 girls) are 15, 12, and 5 (the 5 year old Sami has KP). Our youngest and only boy will be 3 next month.

Right now we live in Massachusetts, but in 5 weeks we're moving to Missouri. My father inlaw gave us some land and our house will be finished next week.

On top of that, I make soap, lotions, cosmetics, etc... Last week I got a call from a MAJOR corporation wanting a quote for 10,000 custom soaps! I'm still waiting to hear back, but if I get the job, the profit will pay our mortgage for 2 years!!! Not to mention the national exposure.

Ok, that's what's going on in my little life

I've got a cat. I adopted it from some one who didn't want it, a rather crazy guy who named it Satan!

So I regularly spend time on the front doorstep of our house when trying to call him in, rattling Whiska's cat food while calling 'Satan, herrree boy!'.

The looks I get from the neighbours are amazing!

If I can, I'll try and get pictures of his satanic majesty in all his blazen glory!

LOL @ Satan.... does he live up to his name? I have a house full of animals right now, because one of our cats had kittens (she was a stray that we took in and hadn't gotten fixed yet). She had 5 of them, and two out of those have 4-5 extra toes. They are all so adorable, but they are holy terrors half the time. I haven't been sleeping at night, because THEY haven't.

Other than that, this is the last weekend for the play that I'm in. I won't be able to sit down from tonight until Saunday, because I have friends coming to see it too.. I should be cleaning the house right now. woops.

Hey Oli16, you totally made me laugh out loud w/ when I imagined you outside calling "Here Satan" to your kitty. I myself am a huge cat lover. In fact I started volunteering at a local animal shelter for cats maybe 5 years ago & it's such a rewarding thing to see these animals get adopted into loving homes after sometimes being abused, neglected or just ignored. I used to mainly clean out all the cages, feed & water the kitties & of course play w/ them. Right now I am unable to clean the cages anymore though due to ruptured disks in my back but I continue to do what I can & once my back gets better I will go back to helping to clean again. If anyone is interested in seeing our website just go to Catsarepeopletoo.org. Currrently it is a small organization but we are the only no-kill shelter around our area. We are desperately in need of a new building to house the kitties since the one we are using now is very run down but still the volunteers make the best out of it. I think there must be a link between liking cats and having KP.

Regrettably Satan does live up to his name. I try to be as nice as possible to him, but he doesn't seem to like me. He likes to get stuck up trees, something the neighbours - who I recruit to help me get him down - know about all too well!

He seems to continually stick his tongue out. Well, at least when he's looking at me

My housemates think it's hilarious. He pads round a particular part of the garden s****ing away at the ground. Housemates say they think he's making a cunning trap for me, so I'll innocently fall down a a hole he's dug after one beer too many at a barbeque.

It might just happen. I can imagine him peering down at me with his tongue stuck out and a smug expression on his face.

Luckily I live in England, so the weather is usually too awful to have barbeques, or even venture out into the garden at all, so perhaps I am safe.

Perhaps I should change his name. I tried calling him 'Santa' the other day but it really doesn't suit him. He's not a cuddly old rogue; more an evil feline obsessed with my downfall

Hi all. My name is Nicky I am a 33 yr old stay at home mom to a beautiful 8 mo.old daughter named Tabitha. I am also a cat person, my 2 cats are like our kids.
My husband is an X-ray tech whom i met 10 yrs ago when i broke my elbow. He is so wonderful and a great dad too. He is very sweet about my Kp. He has Tourettes Syndrome(mild case) i think that is why he is so understanding. he knows no one is perfect.
you are all my friends. I went crazy when the board was down..its nice to know i am not alone. anyways when i'm not checking out the board i enjoy shopping, soap operas, interior design and enjoying a perfect cup of coffee. love to you all...baby is crying BYE.

I have 3 gorgeous little cats Ginger, Coco and Sasha. They mean the world to me I'll try and post a picture of my Coco, but im not sure if it will work on here cuz i dnt have it on a website just on my computer.... hmm i duno how to do it hehe... if anyone knows tell me how 2 do it cuz i wana show u my cute lil baby Her pics getting published in a book some time soon... ARGHH I LUV THEM hehe im obsessed with my cats! Perhaps there is a link between cats n KP... if so, id rather have KP for life then give up hanging with my cats!

Yep I have one.

Her name is Mesa and she is a grey tabby but the Vet said because of her big ears and fluffy tail she may have some Maine Coon Cat in her. Pretty cool seeing as I just adopted her from an Animal Shelter in Grand Junction, Colorado. And yeah...we were by the Grand Mesa hence her name.

She is a sweetheart and has been with me thru two radio jobs already. And now she is with me thru unemployment....arrgggh. Radio sucks.

I love Maine Coones! My cousin has one and he is the fuffiest cat ever!

One more cat lover right here. I had this one cat a few years back. She was a solid gray tabby, who I ironically named Mr. Skanks. She was a really friendly lap cat and everybody loved her. But, what nobody knew at first was that she had a severe mucus problem, and anytime you'd get her in your lap, purring and acting all sweet, at some point she'd shake her head fiercely, like a dog shaking off water, and sling snot everywhere!

It was the ultimate sneak attack to pull on friends or family, who as I said, had no idea when they'd see this little girl. Eventually, I think the name Mr. Skanks fit her perfectly.

Okay- I joined the KP-cat club...we just bought a scottish fold (my 4 yr old son wanted to name him 'Stank', not realizing what Stank means!)- a 9 week old little boy who is so sweet and gentle...he has tabby markings and a really sweet face.

If I say 'Go Kitty Go!" he will chase after anything...moving or not...pretty funny little dude!

LOL That's hilarious! Kids really do say the funniest things.
