Keratosis Pilaris only on my butt [w PICTURES]

ok so...im new here....,pretty depressed about this KP on my butt.. its weird ... idk if its a scar now or what? but you will see the pics...let me know what u guys think...at first i started to get pimples on my butt when i was in 7th grade just like 1 or maybe 2.... not really much even during highschool i would get them but never like i have them now! its like if they were just pimples first and now turned into a rash but i kinduh messed up,i tried so many things that i think it made it worst and now that i went to my doctors he said that it was a condition called KP .... my KP is weird... when i shower which is only 5 minutes warm water... i come out and it looks really BAD! the rash or scar whatever i have looks really dark and since i have really light skin u can see it, looks horrible then i put the Ammonium Lactate Lotion 12% my doctor prescribed and like in 10 minutes or 15 mins.. it looks lighter it looks actually so much better... but when u look at it up close u can see the pinkish remaining of the scar or rash and little pinkish dots that were red purpleish when i got outta the shower... when i first tried the cream i was so excited thought this is IT!! something finally works but the next day i went in shower and same thing! its as if the cream just makes it looks better but doesnt make it better,and i still get pimple looking things it doesnt look like KP but i guess its part of it... im planning to purchase KP DUTY both soap and lotion... please let me know if this will work on my butt or clear up the scar / rash i have on my butt for good.. ahhh im 19 just got married and its very embarassing!!

when i come out the shower...doesnt look as dark as it really does but here they are..

This is 15 mins after i put the Ammonium Lactate 12% after showering... looks lighter but still there

    Hey I bought kp duty and its my 3 time using it on my butt
    And its clearing up! Seriously! Its the kp duty scrub!
    Hopefully if u decide to buy it...it works for u... it hasn't fully cleared but its only my 3rd time using it and have seen a big difference ok...just letting u know because I hate kp on my butt its depressing I feel u!

    Yes you have KP on your buttocks, but if it's any consolation to you, I have the same thing but much more severe! It's practically black, and I'm not black, I'm olive!
